Diesel Exhaust Smoke and Gas Control / Benzene-CO-NO2

USDOD / AFB Azores was looking to protect their firefighters from the repetitive exposure to diesel exhaust fumes and gases in their ARFF fire station that service the ARFF fight line for Lajes Azores Base Command. SafeAir provided the US Air Force with a solution that meet their needs and eliminated the exposure risk.  The SafeAir/Plymovent Direct Capture Exhaust Extraction system  was engineered, supplied and installed  to accommodate all ARFF/ Fire/EMS Vehicles  that would be housed in the fire stations. The high output of smoke and fume from the P-13,P-23 and other airport rapid response vehicles need to be controllel as to not cross contaminate the new station and it occupants. The station was in a Cat 5 hurricane area and there were other special requirements for DOD construction required that only SafeAir could meet.
