| Project - Scope/Solution : | Hollywood Fleet Repair Shop was looking for a Vehicle Exhaust Removal System that would handle multiple bays with the most coverage area. The repair shop works on a wide range of cars trucks and small engines, and needs to collect fumes for vehicle exhaust to welding smoke at each of the workstations. SafeAir designed, supplied and installed a SafeAir/Plymovent Exhaust Rail Hose Reel System that moves 2 retractable hose reels along a 80 foot suction rail. The moving hose can be placed on the right side of the truck or car where the hose nozzle can be easily attached to the tailpipe. If welding is to be done a fume nozzle can be attached to the hose to pick up welding smoke or solvent fumes. |
